If you decide to Return the product, how will the refund take place?

“The customer has a period of fourteen days to try the product and decide whether:
  • Return it intact, even with the package open, but not used, in this case the REFUND WILL BE TOTAL and will be made through Pay Pal.
  •  THE RETURN OF USED PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY FOR ABXX.0148.06 , ABXX.0148.05 , ABXX.0148.09 within the period of 14 days from delivery and 50% of its value will be refunded through PayPal.
What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal online is one of the fundamental rights of the consumer, to which a special section of the Consumer Code is dedicated, starting from article 52:
“The consumer has fourteen days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract without giving reasons”.
This means that the law recognizes the consumer the right to withdraw from the distance contract, without explanation of any kind.
Also referred to as the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal serves to protect the consumer in remote purchases, since during the purchase phase he does not have the opportunity to see and “touch” the good.
It only applies to distance contracts and contracts negotiated away from business premises.
In compliance with the Consumer Code, the Seller is required to provide the consumer with the information necessary to exercise his right of withdrawal; these must be indicated on the e-commerce site and sent to the customer in the order confirmation email.
In case of omission of this information, the terms for exercising the right of withdrawal on online purchases are extended, going from 14 days to 1 year and 14 days.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days?
In the event that the customer intends to return the purchased goods, there is a precise procedure to follow:
Within 14 days from the delivery of the goods or from the conclusion of the contract for the services, the consumer informs the trader of his wish to exercise the right of withdrawal;
In order for the contract to be terminated, the consumer must communicate his wish to return the goods or withdraw from the contract during the withdrawal period by;

  • The customer has the obligation to return the goods in their original condition, so that they can be sold again.
  • The seller must repossess the goods within 14 days of the customer’s communication of the withdrawal.
  • From receipt of the return, the seller has 14 days to reimburse the customer.
  • If the returned product has lost its value, for example due to its use, the seller will not accept the return. Returns of exceptionally used products will only be accepted foR ABXX.0148.06 , ABXX.0148.05 , ABXX.0148.09  of the test kit and the seller may retain an amount equal to the value that the product has lost BY 50%
  • Once the goods have been received intact, the seller is obliged to reimburse the customer for the entire cost incurred for the purchase.
  • The buyer will be refunded within 14 days of returning the goods, with the same payment methods used by the customer during the purchase.
  • The goods must be returned to the address : Losi Assemblaggi srl Via Enrico Fermi, 9 , 42012 Campagnola Emilia (RE), where they will be inspected on behalf of Skeba srl.
  • The return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
